Homecorp Group was established in 2004. The company initially operated primarily as a property development group providing quality house and land packages with a specific focus on turn-key solutions but has since developed into a multi-facet property development group boasting three distinct divisions specialising in value-for-money house and land packages, upmarket villas and high-end luxury homes.
