In its brief three year history, Homecorp has completed a number of projects in Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia. It has also recently secured substantial projects in South East and Central Queensland, as well as Victoria where it will focus its expansion drive in 2008.

Homecorp is continually commissioning substantial research and identifying future growth areas to ensure that it delivers great value and capital gains to its clients. We work on the principle that it is more effective to retain our existing clientele and concentrate on repeat business rather than actively seek new clients. For us, having satisfied clients is therefore paramount.

Only once we have recognised the most exceptional growth areas and have committed our own money and resources to the area will we advise our clients to do the same.

The Team

Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ron Bakir, has built around him a team of experts in town planning, architecture, construction and project marketing. As the company expands, Mr. Bakir ensures that each new team member adopts the same philosophy that has taken the Homecorp Group to where it is today. Working together with Mr. Bakir is Director, Mr Abed Hammoud, whose 30 year career in development has allowed him the freedom to invest in a wide range of projects. Mr. Hammoud’s innate ability to recognise gaps in the Australian marketplace has brought him outstanding success and is most certain to be a great asset to Homecorp.
