Homecorp Group CEO, Mr Ron Bakir, has taken out the coveted title of Gold Coast Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2013. Ron Bakir established Homecorp Group in 2004 and the company has since developed more than 1,500 residential homes across Australia and achieved $595 million in sales.

Strong Sales at Greenwood Village

Sales at Greenwood Village estate, located at 32 Greenwood Village Road in Redbank Plains, have remained strong with the first two stages almost completely sold out within three months.

With a total of 56 lots between Stage 1 and Stage 2, and less than 8 lots left available for sale, experienced property developer Homecorp Property Group has had to expedite the release of Stage 3 to keep up with demand.

“Interest in Greenwood Village has remained strong from the outset which has been an excellent result,” Homecorp Property Group Development Manager, David Young said.

“Stages 1 and 2 are almost sold out and we expect Stage 3 to follow suit given the level of interest in the estate.”

Mr. Young said if it continues at this pace, the estate may well sell out within 12 months, a great achievement for Homecorp Property Group.

Construction of the estate is progressing rapidly with recent aerial photography of the estate showing the entire site cleared, Stages 1 and 2 road subgrades complete, and sewer works and retaining walls underway.

“The construction roll out of Greenwood Village has remained on target,” Mr. Young said. “Practical completion of Stages 1 and 2 is anticipated for late August 2018, with Titles issuing in September 2018.”

“From September we can expect to see the first ground floor slab poured and home construction take off, with our first lot of residents moving in early 2019.”

Stage 3 was released on the 29th June 2018 and includes home sites ranging from 400m2 up to 670m2. Titles are expected in the last quarter of 2018.
