The 13-hectare Greenwood Village estate will comprise of 176 lots and be home to more than 430 people once complete.

The first stage of the development is expected to be released to the market in the first half of 2018 and will include 58 lots which range from 400m2 to 665m2. David Young said the estate offered exceptional value for money for families, in a suburb which is forecast to continue with strong population growth over the next 15 years.

“Redbank Plains has been on Homecorp’s radar for quite some time,” Mr Young said. "Population growth continues to exceed predictions, and with plenty of new infrastructure in the area creating jobs and amenity, we felt this was an area our buyers could really benefit from.”

“Homecorp has designed the estate to incorporate a range of homesites which suit different
families’ requirements, at different stages in their lives.”

Turnkey house and land packages will be available through experienced homebuilder, Homecorp Constructions, with prices starting from $399,000. Three and four bedroom homes have been planned for the estate.

“Our residents will have a unique opportunity to secure finished homes with quality finishes, with nothing more to do when they move in.” Mr Young said.
